1. Agreement

By using this demo service you agree to these terms. This service is operated by New Public, Inc. ("New_ Public", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Demo Service — No Guarantees

This is a demonstration instance of the open-source atproto Latency Fabric project. It is provided for evaluation purposes only and carries no guarantees of availability, reliability, or data retention. Specifically:

• All stored data (drafts, images, authorization tokens) may be deleted at any time without notice.
• The service may be taken offline, reset, or reconfigured at any time.
• Do not rely on this instance for any production, business, or time-sensitive use.
• Any content you submit should not be considered private or confidential. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information.

3. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this demo service for personal evaluation of the atproto Latency Fabric technology. You may not use the service to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or stress-test the service
• Use the service on behalf of others without their consent
• Circumvent any technical limits (such as the 3-draft-per-account limit)

4. Your Account

You authenticate using your existing atproto (Bluesky) account. You grant this demo service a delegated authorization to create records on your behalf, limited to the scope you approve. You may revoke this authorization at any time using the "Delete account data" button in the demo, or directly through your PDS's authorization settings.

5. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content you grant New_ Public a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of operating the demo. We do not claim any other rights over your content. As noted above, all content may be deleted at any time.

6. Privacy

This demo service collects the minimum data necessary to operate:

• Authorization tokens — encrypted at rest, used only to publish drafts on your behalf at the scheduled time.
• Draft content and images — stored only until published, cancelled, or deleted.
• Server logs — standard request logs (IP address, timestamps, endpoints) retained for a short period for debugging.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We may share data with hosting providers (currently Fly.io) as necessary to operate the service, and with law enforcement if required by law.

Given the demo nature of this service, you should treat any data you submit as potentially accessible to New_ Public staff for debugging and operational purposes. Do not submit sensitive information.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEW_ PUBLIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEW_ PUBLIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS DEMO SERVICE.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, New York.
